Executive Thought Leadership Graduate Certificate
Admission Requirements
Students must have earned an undergraduate degree from a regionally-accredited university to be eligible to earn a graduate certificate in the DCOBT. Current undergraduate students at JU are eligible to earn the Graduate Certificate through the Grad 2 Grad program or by special permission. Students will only earn the certificate in Executive Thought Leadership if they explicitly apply for the certificate program.
Program Completion
The program is designed to be completed in less than 12 months. If a student cannot complete the program they must successfully complete all the course work no later than five years after the completion of the first graduate-level course taken after entrance into the program.
All academic standards present in the DCOBT apply to graduate certificate programs, this includes academic standards and grade appeals.
The Executive Thought Leadership Graduate certificate will give students a broad exposure to the core functional areas of business. The certificate will give students exposure to the essential areas of business to lead an organization in a complex environment. Students completing the certificate will be prepared to continue on to a Master's degree in business or be promoted in their current role. The certificate is 4 courses (12 credits) that can be taken in any order and consists of the following courses:
