LAW 751 Immigration Law
In this course, students study the law dealing with aliens, immigrants, and refugees including examination of constitutional and statutory provisions/policies, the acquisition and loss of American citizenship, and current proposals for reform of immigration law. The course also includes practical application including United States Citizenship and Immigration Services instructions and forms. Prerequisites: First Year Courses
