LAW 744 Appellate Advocacy

In this course, students study the law of corporate bankruptcy with a focus on reorganization and central aspects of the bankruptcy process including the automatic stay, fraudulent conveyances and preferences, debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing, claims trading, and the process of negotiating and voting on a plan of reorganization.
