LAW 732 Commercial Law

In this course, students study the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Article 2 (sales), UCC Article 3 (negotiable instruments), and UCC Article 9 (secured transactions). The course is designed to both provide students with a core foundation in commercial law and prepare students for the bar examination. Prerequisites: First Year Courses (Waived for non-law students with instructor permission.)
