NUR 530 Financial Management of Nursing Systems

This course will focus on concepts related to financial management of patient care delivery. Topics include budgeting, staffing, forecasting and marketing and their impact on patient care decisions. Students will integrate knowledge and skills to design methods to manage financial resources and develop strategic plans in healthcare organizations.
