DPT 758 Prosthetics & Orthotics
This course will apply content from the PT Examination course to patients with limb differences and those needing orthotic support. Students will learn skills and techniques for the physical therapy examination, evaluation, diagnosis, and prognosis of patients with limb differences and those needing orthotic support. Students will analyze physical therapy examination findings to determine appropriate plans of care and interventions for patients with limb differences and those who need orthotic support across the lifespan. This course includes lab activities.
