DPT 738 Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Systems Examination, Evaluation, Diagnosis & Prognosis
This course will apply content from the Physical Therapy Examination and Interventions courses to the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems. Students will learn skills and techniques for the physical therapy examination, evaluation, diagnosis, and prognosis specific to patients with cardiovascular and/or pulmonary conditions. Students will analyze physical therapy examination findings to determine appropriate plans of care and perform interventions for patients with cardiovascular and/or pulmonary conditions across the lifespan. This course includes lab activities.
