PSYC 405 Black Psychology.

Black Psychology is designed to introduce advanced undergraduate students to the research, theories, and paradigms developed to understand the attitudes, behaviors, psychosocial and educational realities of Black people. Within this course, students engage in a semester long research project aimed at enhancing their understanding of a topic of their choice within Black Psychology, as well as the discipline's research methods and genres. Components of this research project include a topic justification, abstract, outline, annotated bibliography, and final research paper. These components exceed the 6000 word WI requirement and students will receive feedback on the writing process throughout the course.
