MUS 451 Orchestration
Three hours per week. Study of the ranges, colors, and techniques of the families of orchestral instruments. Scoring for homogeneous and mixed ensembles; scoring of simple materials for full orchestra and band.
Prerequisite
MUS-242 with a grade of C or better.
