MGT 630 Teamwork & Organizational Transformation

Students are introduced to organization concepts used in the design, development, and transformation of complex organizations.  The course emphasizes the role of the leader in solving complex business problems and enacting organizational change to develop core processes that achieve strategic objectives and sustain high performance.  Particular focus will be placed on building team-based problem-solving skills in response to an applied project. Students will understand how to gather relevant facts, identify and solve problems in a team, and communicate recommendations and findings to a client or other target audiences.
