EE 330 Introduction to Engineering Management

This course covers basic functions of technology management, methods of managing technology, the functions of a technical manager, principles and techniques for quality processes, project management, process management, ethics, communication, and organizational behavior. Case studies are used in each section to illustrate concepts and principles.
