SOC 350 Sociology of the Family
The course will focus upon contemporary family systems and patterns of behavior in the U.S . Subjects considered will include: parenting, family crises, the future of the family, variant family forms, dual-income families, and contemporary issues affecting families. Attention will be given both to family theory and research findings.
