CS 354WI Project Management
This course examines the factors necessary for the successful management of projects. Both technical and behavioral aspects of project management are discussed. Topics include project management concepts, needs identification, the software project management, project communications, RFP analysis and proposal development, project planning, scheduling, control and associated costs. Students will learn the skills necessary to manage their teams, schedules, risks, and resources to produce a desired outcome.
