BIOL 338 Molecular Biology and Biotechnology

This course covers molecular biology structures and processes and how molecular and cellular biology are used in fundamental and emerging biotechnology applications. Topics include macromolecular structure and function, gene expression, signal transduction, and biotechnological manipulations of genes and organisms. Legal, ethical, and societal implications and impacts are discussed.
