RCP 611 Policy, Law, & Ethics of the Profession

This course is designed to cover advanced topics in healthcare policy, law, & ethics as it relates to respiratory care practices. Students will examine, articulate, & discuss the application of ethical frameworks to organizational & healthcare-specific ethical dilemmas. Emphasis is placed on health policy analysis, government & organizational ethics issues, & the laws that govern these processes.
