MKG 500 Essentials of Marketing
This course introduces the concept of marketing, factors that influence marketing management, and the role of marketing in society and business. As such, specific topics will include marketing analysis, consumer behavior, segmenting, and targeting, as well as marketing mix strategies -commonly referred to as the 4 P's (product, price, place, & promotion). Specific emphasis will be placed on the strategic decision-making and implementation of these principles.
