CSD 524 Augmentative and Alternative Communication

This course reviews diagnosis, intervention, and current research for non-speech communication. Survey of issues and research pertinent to the use of unaided and aided augmentative and alternative communication methods by persons with deficits in speech, language and writing will be covered.
