MART 242 Design Process and Prototyping

This course practices various methods of design thinking to build human empathy, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems in an attempt to identify alternative strategies, opportunities, and solutions to real world problems. Through iteration, co-design and peer review, students learn the tools to rapidly design visual prototypes. Special emphasis on applying design systems and user experience (UX) strategy in the creation of new products or services. Only offered in the Fall.
