LAW 724 Constitutional Law II

In this course, students build upon the law as discussed in Constitutional Law I by examining topics including free speech, freedom of the press, the religion clause, the 14th Amendment’s equal protection guarantee, state action, and due process guarantees under the 5th and 14th Amendments.
