CS 615 Security Risk Analysis and Management

This course will provide students with the ability to develop plans and processes for a holistic approach to cybersecurity for an organization. Students will be provided with the knowledge necessary to define and implement a security program for the protection of an organization’s systems and data. of the course will address risk assessment models, methodologies and processes such that they can perform a risk assessment of a particular systems and recommend mitigations to identified risks.  The course will provide students with an understanding of ethics in a cyber context, allow an opportunity to examine typical situations where ethical dilemmas arise and provide students with tools for ethical decision making.
