SOC 360 Sociology of Leadership and Organizatio
This course provides students in the social sciences with an opportunity to apply sociological perspective to explore leadership and organizations. The course introduces factors that impact leadership and the functioning of organizations including organizational structures, culture, and group dynamics. Key topics will include ethics, communication, inclusiveness, process, purpose, power, and empowerment. Students will learn about various theories of leadership and organizations while also having opportunities for application of knowledge through course activities.
