MGT 432 Business Strategy and Venture Development
Terminal course for all degree candidates in the Davis College of Business & Technology except aviation (AVM and AVO majors). A case methods course in comprehensive business problem-solving, using techniques of economic and statistical analysis. It emphasizes venture development and integrates all of the functional areas of business, including accounting, finance, human resources operations and marketing.
