ME 315 Mechanical Systems Design

This course introduces the fundamental concepts while designing mechanical systems. How to apply principles of mechanics through modeling, quantitative analysis, and computational simulation are discussed. Students will design and analyze mechanical components by using computer aided design and finite element analysis tools. This is a design-intensive course with a laboratory component.
