MART 342 Brand Strategy and Visual Systems

This studio course addresses the designer's role in developing strategic, integrated design systems. Emphasis is placed on bridging the gap between the brand and the business through the study of historical and contemporary practices, including consumer-driven strategies. Students craft their own series and systems that include visual and verbal components, then prototype their solutions in the form of multiple cross-media projects.  Prerequisite: MART 241.  Only offered in the Spring.
