COMM 301 Effective Communication Strategies
An introduction to the principles of effective interpersonal communication explored in a multi-cultural, experiential context. Emphasis is on putting into practice theory and skills in perception, listening and verbal and nonverbal message construction. Also included is an exploration of power and conflict in communication and the development, maintenance, deterioration and repair of relationships.
