NUR 602 Business of Healthcare
This course is designed to expand student knowledge of the complexities of health care systems. Students will critically analyze the interdependencies of systems in a variety of health care organizations with an emphasis on the economic, fiscal, forecasting, marketing and human resource decisions that impact operations, both in the US and globally. Strategic management as a conduit for creating change within systems will also be analyzed.
