MART 441 Creative Entrepreneurship
Through a series of hands-on workshops, students learn how to use their creative skills and intellectual knowledge to build a career within the commercial creative industry. Class involves group and independent exercises on turning creative skills into money, building traction, and managing growth through success. Course includes template examples and workshops on pricing models, hiring and managing a team, ethics, skill differentiation, business planning, strategic portfolio development, project management, selling your work, and more. Prerequisite:
MART 201 or permission of Instructor. Only offered in the Fall.
