MUS 341 Counterpoint
Three hours per week. Study of melodic lines; expression of harmonies in a linear texture of two and three voices; analysis and practice in writing of contrapuntal compositions in late Baroque style.
Prerequisite
MUS 242 with a grade of C or better.
