MGT 450 Leading Organizational Change
This course is geared toward deepening your understanding of the challenges, the techniques, and the problems associated with initiating and implementing change in an organization. Throughout the course, the objective will be to prepare professionals to meet the challenges of organizational change successfully. The course focuses on the practical skills professionals need to develop and maintain in order to lead others and be an agent of change. The course will cover the fundamentals of leadership as well as valuable skills in team building, interpersonal communication, small group communication, conflict management, and managing organizational change.
