ENGR 311 Junior Design I
This is the first course of a two-part sequence to complete a design project. In this project-based course, students will work in multi-disciplinary teams to design a system based on defined performance requirements. Students will develop specifications and then perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate and evaluate concepts before completing a detailed design. They will also professionally communicate their designs and results. This is a design-intensive course with a laboratory component.
Prerequisite
EE-222 or ME-222, ENGR-202, ENGR-212 and CS-307 or ME-202 - Must be completed prior to taking this course.
