BIOL 338L Biotechnology Lab
This lab introduces students to the basic concepts and techniques necessary to work effectively in a biotechnology lab. Emphasis will be placed on the methodology involved in DNA extraction and manipulation, cloning, bacterial transformation, protein purification, gel electrophoresis and CRISPR.
Prerequisite
Minimum grade of a C in BIOL 190, BIOL 290 and BIOL 338.
