JU 111 First-Year Seminar
Three hours per week. This seminar is designed to be the foundation of the liberal arts experience at Jacksonville University, consisting primarily of guided discussion around thought-provoking questions that help students understand, investigate, and critique the changing world around them. The majority of the course will involve shared topics and readings across all sections, with special time allotted for customization by the instructor-of-record. Additionally, students must attend a certain number of co-curricular events.
