COMM 390 International Communication Internship

For internships in communication, students must first successfully complete COMM 101, 201SI, 207, 215, and 217. The student must work a minimum of three hours per week for each hour of academic credit and may earn a maximum of six hours of academic credit. During the semester of the internship, the communication student will register for no more than 15 hours (including the internship academic credits) during the traditional semester, nine hours during the summer semester, or six hours during the winter semester. The internship must be sponsored by a communication faculty member and approved by the Department of Business and Communication.

Paperwork required. Form must be completed before registration. Once form is completed and approved, the Registrar's Office will register you.

Junior or senior academic standing. Must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and a C or better in COMM-101, COMM-201SI, COMM-207WI, COMM-215, and COMM-217.
