NUR 346 Nursing Care of the Child-Bearing Family Theory

Theories and concepts related to child-bearing families are presented within the framework of the nursing process. Emphasis is on the professional nursing roles with the family experiencing pregnancy, delivery and neonatal care. Conditions related to the high-risk child-bearing family are explored. Critically examines issues and controversies associated with the child-bearing family.
