NUR 220 Essentials of Professional Nursing Theory
Theories and concepts related to basic health needs and nursing care are presented within the framework of the nursing process. Focuses on the promotion, restoration, and maintenance of essential physiological health issues. Beginning critical thinking skills are used to examine the delivery of basic nursing care to clients, with particular emphasis on the aging adult. Prerequisite: NUR 212SI and NUR 226.
