HLSC 320 Introduction to Health Informatics

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to basic concepts in the field of health informatics from an interprofessional perspective. Course content will focus on the building blocks of health informatics, information systems, informatics applications for care delivery, patient safety and quality, interprofessional collaboration, and emerging technology.
