GEOG 455 Advanced GIS

Applies automation to spatial data to analyze, assess, and solve scientific problems with spatial components. Employs the scientific method to identify and solve spatial problems through the application of automation and GIS software to spatial and attribute data. The course includes exercises and a final project using GIS software.
